The software is great for all your referral needs. It has a bit of a learning curve but I was running my custom referral program in no time thanks to Derek and Mardie, who stayed on with me for hours on live chat and responding to my emails!! Great job Derek and Mardie, you guys are killing it.

Although this didn't work for me right now due to a lack of community, Jesse has been extremely patient with my needs and has helped me through the whole process. I'll recomend this over and over again.

We have just started using the app and so far the support has been really great, especially from Cris Lopez, who has taken time to guide us on setting up our first campaign. Cris is always very fast to respond when we have questions or need support. Overall a great app and great service.

We encountered an issue with our billing that would have been very costly for our company. We shared the issue with Lorraine, who was a joy to liaise with on the issue, and who helped us process a refund that was due to our own careless error. This 5 Star review is fully deserved for the honesty and understanding that Referral Candy has demonstrated, and we're not certain many companies these days would go this extra mile for its customers. Haven't made our scheme live yet as we're still testing it out, but so far have had EXCELLENT customer service. Dwight has been fantastic and even extended our 30day trial period as we were still in testing phases.

Does exactly what you need it to do. Referrals are powerful but fiddly as hell to set up and manage. RC makes it easy. Also worth noting that the support is excellent. No issues, I just had questions largely because I didn't watch the tutorial video... but they got sorted on live chat quickly. All round a great experience.
