This app is really a good app, and when I have something need to help, Jon is there to chat with me. and the CEO sent me email when I start to use this app. when the CEO is busy, he let other colleagues to help me. and everything follow up. So great company and so great app. This app really help me a lot. And will continue to use it.
Easy to set up and so automated !! that you really don't have to do anything once it gets started.

Just got help from Tippy to set up our first referral program and the service was great. He was efficient, helpful and proactive. Really happy with your customer support service and very satisfied with the attention provided by Tippy.
App is looking good so far. There is a bit of a learning curve so I would suggest contacting the help desk professionals. Derek is the agent that helped me and was the bomb.com answering all my questions. Very patient and fun to work with.
