Great app, and the support is just awesome. I had some problems with the billings and Bryan called me to sort it out. Never saw anything like that in any other app (and I use a lot of apps).
Other great super customer service I received form them: Tippy started helping me out to integrate the Referral candy with Recharge, almost there... After one day Benz helped me for another 5 hours and finally it's all running like I wanted it too. Finally also Karen helped me with some issues I was getting when the campaign start running. Was a hard work, and the team was great figuring out how to proper integrate with recharge. Thank you Referral candy team!

Derek, he's a superstar. Was able to help me swiftly resolve an issue, and his communication was quick and informative. Very pleased to know that not only is it a great app, but it has a great team behind it too.
We just migrated our Referral Candy program over to Shopify from another platform and Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He literally made it seamless for us, and was always quick to reply if we had any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend!
Update: We've been using RC for several years on auto-pilot but I wanted to make better use of it so I wrote in for help. Katherine was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, was quick to reply, and offered valuable solutions to help me with my next steps.
I almost joined Loyalty Lion and spent a fortune but luckily went for ReferralCandy at the last minute
I do still think it's quite expensive. And, to be honest, the app is a bit rough around the edges. It could do with more customisation options (the emails are bit basic) and better referral features (tiered rewards would be great) but it gets the job done.
I've been using it for a couple of months now and the referral rate on my store is a pitiful 0.31% so it's not performing particularly well. But that could be due to my offer not being good enough so I can't blame RC too much.
For now I'm going to leave this review at 5 stars as the customer service has genuinely been great. Very fast response times and helpful staff. In particular Tippy did a great job of helping me out.
I will continue to try to improve the referral scheme and after a year I will update the review and give a more accurate star value for what it's worth, based on how I got on.
Good app, easy to use, and if you encounter issues, the staff is more than happy to help out ! Adam (from Customer Service) was very helpful, answered quickly and clearly and helped us overcome every obstacle in no time !
I started using ReferralCandy last week, making use of the 30-day trial period. It was easy and straightforward to get the program going, however, I still managed to make a stupid mistake when setting the reward parameters. I only noticed the mistake after sending out the invitation to join our referral program on ReferralCandy to many hundreds of our customers. Oups!!
Luckily Karen from Customer Support was quick to help me sort things out in a professional and friendly way. Great service!
We are ready to relaunch again!
