Great service by Benz. Highly recommend scheduling in a call after you sign up. Referral candy has given us a few extra thousand in sales per month. Definitely worth the money.

Referral Candy is AMAZING! I've already made sales within a few days of launching my referral program in my new shop. The customer service is phenomenal, Jelson was very patient with me while I was having issues with my browser and log-in. And he recommended the Post-Purchase Pop-Up Widget which is a must, and a few other options to customize my banner and social media messages to better reflect my brand. He also kindly referred me to the Best Practices for Setting Up Referral Rewards page when I asked his advice on what discounts I should be giving. Awesome Product and OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!

Cirs is our business success manager and she is so full sense of responsibility and so nice! Whenever you need her, she is there for help, always. Although, I do appreciate that Referral Candy can launch a better and smarter system that merchants could stimulate users to participate in the program through tiered-base rewards.

ReferralCandy has amazing support. I had some questions and Dwight Salagsag went above and beyond to make sure I get the answers I need. He even jumped on a google hangout call with me to walk me through and show me exactly how to use the app and answer my questions in detail. Super happy with ReferralCandy and Dwight!

I haven't yet used the app. The set up instructions are basically non-existent although the customer service people did their best to help set up. Not sure if it will work for my business past the free trial period.
