5 stars so far. We have only installed the App today and the setup has been really straightforward and Katherine was really helpful and answered all of our setup questions within minutes. We hope to see great results from such an easy to use App. And even better that it integrates with Klaviyo!

Good app, great customer service. The customer service responded very quickly!

I'm still trying to use this app and hope to bring a lot of sales to my store.

We have been searching for a referral program for awhile and ended up with RC. After logging in on my own I was having issues navigating and building out all our communications and understanding the integration. Thankfully I used the "chat" option and Karen popped up as my saving grace! She was concise, friendly, and SUPER easy to work with and walked me through everything without ever making me feel like my questions were stupid. Thanks to her we were able to build out quickly versus what would have taken me days while I explored. Highly recommend working with their service team to get you up and running quickly!

JC from Referral Candy was immediately responsive once I signed up late at night. He immediately made contact, enabled me to onboard myself at a quick pace and then followed up to cover off on questions the next day that had come up during onboarding. He proactively outlined best practices that were most relevant once he reviewed my initial setup and then went through a live/engaging Q&A on my outstanding questions. 10 out of 10 service!

I'm still new to the app but their customer service is incredible. Lorraine not only answered my questions but she made sure she connected me with all of the info I would need to further build out my program.
