I just tried the app and have no idea how well it performs but the support guy, JC was a pro and was accessible immediately.

Excellet support. I was having a hard time figuring our how it all works and support was there to guide me.

I'm in my 1st-day trial which is going well with the support of Derek, there is a lot to be discovered, The only issue I noticed it does not import customers right away from your store you need to add them manually if u don't use Mailchimp but what I liked is the instant support, as well as the content, is fully customized to you which is I couldn't find it in other apps. Of course, the 30-days trial is also what gets me into this app. I hope the result will be stunning so I continue using Candy but let's wait and see.

Still learning as only just integrated with Klaviyo, but it integrated easily. Support from Jon was quick and helpful.

Katherine with support is awesome! She was super helpful, as the app itself is not very intuitive to set up. But we'll see how it goes once it's activated!

Only just started using this but seems simple and easy. Had a few questions + Dwight in customer service was extremely friendly and helpful (only 4 stars as haven't had much chance to test it out yet)

Derek was awesome in helping explain the app. We will most likely install but as we grow there are some limitations that will make it obsolete and cumbersome for us.

I can't believe how easy that is! Great back-end. Didn't have to customise much. Shame it can't target existing customer base (hence 4 stars).
