Referral Candy & Affiliate

Still trying to get set up for this app, but the online support team on chat and email have been great. Jon, Cris, Jelson, Hannah and Katherine are just some people who have been there to support and very helpful. Hoping to get this live for our company soon.

We began using Referral Candy and so far are happy with the app. Set up is pretty simple and I find the UI to be intuitive and easy. We haven't seen a huge impact to sales yet, but we've just soft launched, so am hopeful this will pick up once we begin promotion in earnest. I started using ReferralCandy last week, making use of the 30-day trial period. It was easy and straightforward to get the program going, however, I still managed to make a stupid mistake when setting the reward parameters. I only noticed the mistake after sending out the invitation to join our referral program on ReferralCandy to many hundreds of our customers. Oups!!

Overall a very good app. As with any app, there are limitations and enhancements/flexibility that could be made to accommodate different business models. Customer support has been great - Benz has been diligent in making sure our set up was optimized as best as possible.

Haven't really gotten started with using the app just yet, but got excellent support from Jon in setting things up.

A customizable platform with pretty attentive customer support!

Overall the app is good for the price, but I do wish there were more drag-and-drop style customizability for the template, previews available for all emails, and integrations with other apps like Klaviyo.

We downloaded this app to try the refer to a friend option. It does integrate well, there is no need of extra coding unless you want to customise the interfaces a bit more. It does integrate with Mailchimp, but haven't quite understood yet if it syncs the info automatically or you have to push them every time.
