I used this app (in spanish) and i think is very awesome, the app and the service! Benz is a really cool :)
I had high hopes for Referral Candy but the service was ineffective and and the customer service was disappointing.
NB: This review is from 2018, about a previous version of ReferralCandy.

It is a very easy app to use and implement. The customer r service was also very prompt . I recommend this to anyone looking to add a referral program

I have questions on how to implement the app and the support, John, patiently helped me. I am now implementing it to my store.
We looked at a number of different apps before we chose referral candy. It is a nice setup and it is one of the most comprehensive referral apps we looked at. It also has measures in place to prevent customers from referring themselves which is a nice feature. I would definetely recommend this to my friends.
This app is so great. And the service is very attention, specially Jon. I loved it and certainly, I will recomend.

I have yet to get used to this app. Derek is extremely helpful & patient in walking me through on how to use ReferralCandy with Bold Subscription Check-out & Shopify Check-out. I give this app 4 stars as it was quite confusing without the help of Derek. However, I would rate Derek more than 5 stars for his professionalism, patience, and knowledge with his product, ReferralCandy. Thank you very much Derek!
