I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.

The app is functioning and support was good BUT despite fairly high sales of $10k per week, we're not getting purchases from referrals. Not digging that it only lets you have one referral program running and not multiple programs / offers... you're stuck with whatever you initially promise.

Thanks for the review! Some campaigns do take more than a couple of months to build momentum. We are also working on offering more rewards flexibility. I hope you can give us another try once that is ready. -- Jaime R.

ReferralCandy is the perfect reward.referral interface to compliment Shopify and easy to use if all your business is run through Shopify. However, if you business resides on multiple platforms, then fortunately ReferralCandy has APIs that you can interface with. The APIs are well documented for the responses but a little weak on what is expected in terms of requests, but the good news is they have a great support team that is willing to help and responds within the day.

Simple to install, use, understand and great customer service from Karen. Recommended to set up a solid affiliate program easily and intuitively. It offers lots of flexibility, customization and allows to fit the brand identity of your site

It's a good solution if you want a quick solution to a referral program bu the software itself is a bit limited (as the low price would suggest). Despite the limits, it's nice and the customer service (Derek and Benz) super fast and responsive.

Tippy is amazing. very helpful and really made the experience positive for me. i wouldnt have known half the stuff if i hadnt heard from him. excellent service and i should know as i manage support centres with over 500 agents. well done Tippy
