When I had issue figuring out how to send the link to past customers Katherine helped out by providing the necessary articles. Then she gave helpful feedback on my campaign and how to make it better. The support of Jon is super. The app does what it says, and has the best options compared to others if you look for a referral program. For our business it turns out not to be marketing tool we need. But I am glad we tried.

I had high hopes for Referral Candy but the service was ineffective and and the customer service was disappointing.

It is a very easy app to use and implement. The customer r service was also very prompt . I recommend this to anyone looking to add a referral program

I have questions on how to implement the app and the support, John, patiently helped me. I am now implementing it to my store.
We looked at a number of different apps before we chose referral candy. It is a nice setup and it is one of the most comprehensive referral apps we looked at. It also has measures in place to prevent customers from referring themselves which is a nice feature. I would definetely recommend this to my friends.
This app is so great. And the service is very attention, specially Jon. I loved it and certainly, I will recomend.
