TIPPY did an amazing job walking me through how to make sure referrals were linked to the proper customer. Really wonderful to have that kind of support so readily available.

Tippy was very helpful! I had a question about how to change some settings and he did a good job walking me through the process. So far the app has been very good.

Support is responsive and helpful. I was able to get email responses over the weekend which I did not expect. The app is fairly easy to navigate, but I appreciate Referral Candy's responsiveness when it is not for me.

Tried referral candy for the second time and found a huge improvement on recharge support. Dwight in particular was very helpful and walk through the process of changing to using our domain to send email.... Thanks

This app has been great and when I had a question, Derek from their customer service team was extremely responsive and helped me fix my issue. I have tried other referral programs in the past and ultimately switched because I couldn't get any help. The ReferralCandy team has been great to work with!
