The app is easy to install, customize and share with customers. Most importantly the support received is impeccable. From the start Katherine answered all my questions, looked into case studies for me and always followed up promptly. Most companies you have to wait days to hear back from someone, but she always responded within the same day sometimes within the hour. She helped me work through some issues we were having (our fault not the apps) and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. Thanks Katherine!

TIPPY did an amazing job walking me through how to make sure referrals were linked to the proper customer. Really wonderful to have that kind of support so readily available.

Tippy was very helpful! I had a question about how to change some settings and he did a good job walking me through the process. So far the app has been very good.

Support is responsive and helpful. I was able to get email responses over the weekend which I did not expect. The app is fairly easy to navigate, but I appreciate Referral Candy's responsiveness when it is not for me.

Tried referral candy for the second time and found a huge improvement on recharge support. Dwight in particular was very helpful and walk through the process of changing to using our domain to send email.... Thanks
