I've really appreciated all the incredible support I've received from the team (especially Karen!). Over several days of back and forth's, she always puts in max effort, is very timely with responses, and gets to the bottom of issues quickly. Keep up the great work and I'll be recommending this app to many in the future.

So far it's been great. Bryan was a customer service whiz. I caught an error in the system with email sharing and he sent a request right away to engineering who fixed the problem right away. As a bonus, he also helped us configure our referral campaign using best practices from other clients so we're anxious to see if it will lead to an uptick in referrals. So far we're very happy with the level of care provided by them and the functionality seems great.

We use this ReferalCandy to manage our referal system, and we're quite pleased with the way it's set up. Especially considering it provides integrations with other services that we use, as well as an API that we do interact with. Not only that, but they also provide a good customer support, where they respond quickly, and they inform us about any new breaking changes that happen on their end or Shopify's end, like recently where we got a helpful heads up from Cris about a recent change in the platform, where he made sure we stay cerrectly setup.

Still on trial period, but the customer service is great. Benz and Derek got on a call with me and explained how to make optimize the app for our store & customize it so its perfectly fitting with our theme!

Great app and great customer service! I had 2 issues on separate occasions that were both quickly resolved by Tippy. He was awesome to work with and I definitely recommend the app.
