Referral Candy & Affiliate

Referral Candy and it's support team has been great through setting up our program. We offer cash-payouts to each referrer and RC helped us get everything set-up without hassle. Jon is great and is very responsive.

I just finished setting up the app and will launch it soon. It's very easy and so far the best app I tried for a referral program.
Jon and Derek helped me while setting up : the customer service is just great.

Jon was quick and responsive to some integration queries I had. Have had the app installed for a couple of days now and very impressed. Excited to see the increase in sales that it can bring over the coming months.

Haven't used the app, but if it's anywhere near the quality of their customer support it must be the best app on the planet - even in the universe.

In debating how to review this I realized that, I don't have a very comprehensive scope of the other referral apps. It's because I tried a few, REALLY didn't like how they worked, immediately uninstalled and eventually found referral candy. There are new ones out there, but I haven't bothered and I feel like that in itself is something.

This app works wonders. It works brilliantly and it's super simple. If anything, it really under credits itself for how many sales it generates in the dashboard from my experience.

Currently, for personal reasons of the company, we have chosen not to use the program even though it is great.
The customer service that Mardi gave along the way in trying to work with the program was full of listening, patience and accessibility.
When the company will be able to operate with the program I will contact Mardi directly knowing that she can give me all the answers and help we need.

Derek Benito was great in helping me get our referral program going. I really appreciated his patience and explanations of all the features.
