Thanks to Karen for helping me navigate the testing and set up process and answering all my many questions. :)

Had a couple hiccups getting started with the app and had to reach out to support. Fortunately, the support team was wonderful and extremely helpful. Big shout out to Derek Benito on the support team, who not only helped resolve my issues but was even willing to meet live to understand and ensure resolution.

The setup is not ideal, took us a few weeks to get it up and running but the service was great. Cris @referralcandy is a trooper.

This referral app is easy and quick to set up. It's a bit limiting in terms of what can be customized. However, the support team is quick in helping making adjustments. Caye was super helpful in particular in getting all our questions answered.

Customer service was super helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions in a timely manner.

The application is great. Easy to move and serves well what is proposed. Support is very efficient. Jon served us very well and took all our doubts.

I'm still working to optimize the program with our users but the Referral Candy team has been very helpful. Karen did a great job of giving us some pointers along the way. Thanks

Easy to use, the support is really kind and helpful. The only negative I found for now is that the support help is a little bit slow (but maybe it depends on the problem).
