We've just started using with ReferralCandy. Their support team has been really responsive, helpful and thorough. I feel like they really want to help answer my questions and assist with my issues, rather than just treating me as a number. We're really happy with the responses we got. Thanks JC!

We had some issues with your purchases that appeared as non referrals and Irene, our dedicated account manager, not only solved the problem but taught us how to take care of the problem if the future if it arises again. All of it with patience and in a kindly and efficiently manner. Thank you!

Cris was amazing helping me figure out Referral Candy for the first time! Really impressed with the customer service. The UI will take some getting used to, it could be more straight forward but what it lacks there is made up for by the customer service staff (especially Cris). Thanks so much! Looking forward to getting my program set up.

Their customer service Ines is a very gentle and excellent good people, she helped me a lot, not only patiently reply to me but also very attentive to help me solve the problem, I really like her!

I recently added the app to my shopify store. I'm a bit technically challenged and the team really helped me. I have used the chat box several times setting up and they are super quick to respond and help me.

Katherine in particular was fantastic and even did a backend check to offer some tips to help me improve my set up.

I will be back for help with the Klaviyo integration and cannot wait to see the impact of this fantastic app.
