Tippy was very helpful in helping me set up a campaign. within minutes He was very knowledgeable I am about to launch this and am excited to see the results.
Integrated w a third party app and faced some issues but JC was very quick to help! Most of all, he was very efficient in the way he solves the issue and very logical approach. Love this app and the good customer service! Keep it up JC and Salescandy!

This rating is for the customer service we've received so far. We signed up for Referral Candy but as we are in the process of updating our website we weren't ready to activate it yet. Karen M. has been most helpful - she was able to temporarily pause our account so that we could activate it when ready. Also checked in to see how we were doing.
I've found the app to be intuitive and easy to set up. I was able to email all past customers to invite them to our new referral program. Derek Benito was very helpful in reviewing our set up and suggesting optimizations.
Jon Dolor was such an amazing help today!! He was very quick to respond and very helpful!

I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.
