very easy to install and great support from the team! The app works as expected and results are coming! Good job team
It is a good app, with good support. However, if you are a smaller store like mine is, then I would first recommend to get other marketing channels up and running, like SEO and ads, etc... Referrals are probably among last to sort out, because they are based on your existing traffic numbers and it has a monthly subscription so there is that to account for.
Hey there, I can see how the returns don't seem to justify the cost. I do think there is room to optimize the campaign with some expert help from our team of Success Managers.

Easy to install and use without any development/integration work. Referral Candy does everything it says on the tin. The support was quick to respond and willing to assist where necessary.
I can highly recommend as referral provider with low to no barriers to entry and use.

This app is great but is missing one thing, in my opinion, to be AWESOME. I wish Referral Candy would allow me to see the unique code that gets sent out to my customers. There have been times where customers would lose their email and require it to be sent out again. There is no option to send them another new one and void the old one or send them a copy of the code already sent to them.
Hats off to TIPPY who has been here for my business time after time with quick and efficient solutions! He deserves 5 stars alone.
Has lots of great tools. Recent update allowing it to work with Subscriptions was really key for us, so I'm glad they've added it.
Email templates are slick and look nice.
And Innah in customer service was very patient and thorough in helping us work through the integration.

Tom was amazing in helping to troubleshoot my problems and I really appreciate his detailed explanations and initiative.
I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time.
