I was somewhat confused with how the payout system worked. I was thinking of canceling until Tippy walked me through everything. I was pleasantly surprised with not only his knowledge but also how much he cared about making everything work correctly for me. 10 out of 10 for Tippy's service. In closing, I would very much like to see custom discount codes integrating with referral links. This is a MUST for sharing on Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram. Links are fine for facebook and Twitter but almost useless for the above mentioned networks. Please implement immediately

Setup was quick, but there was some customization we couldn't figure out how to do. We reached out to the Support team one a couple of occasions and had the pleasure of working with both Erbin & Jon. They were able to quickly understand my requests and were able to customize ReferralCandy even more than the admin lets us, tailoring our referral program to be EXACTLY what we needed. We owe a big THANK YOU to both of them!

Very satisfied with this platform so far. Easy to set up, and easy to use. No coding experience necessary. Customer support has been excellent - quick response time, helpful answers. Highly recommend!

We love ReferralCandy and it's been a huge asset to our business. I initially had a poor customer experience with a rep on their team, but their Head of Customer Support (Jaime) followed up with me personally and helped fix the issue. Big thanks for that and we'll continue to be a client because of this. UPDATE: Had a small issue that was fixed immediately by Jon from the support team. ReferralCandy continues to earn our business day-in, day-out.

Really great customer service team. I dealt with Jon, who was incredibly useful and knowledgeable. App itself integrates well, and has all the features you would want out of a referral scheme. A touch on the pricey side, but happy to pay the price for good quality.

While I think it's got a while to go to be a super intuitive software, I don't think there's a better one out there. I wouldn't take my chances with others especially with Derek as the best customer service support staff member. Helped me through a precarious situation and I am so relieved! Definitely worth downloading, but make sure what you're offering to customers and how!

The app is great, still haven't seen how customers react. But their customer service is amazing!

I must say, it was an amazing service! the customer service is top notch, always friendly and responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and even provided extra help whenever we needed it. 10/10 would recommend Jon at ReferralCandy!

We haven't launched our referral program yet, but have been getting help from Tippy in setting it up. He is terrific! Very responsive and knowledgeable. 5 stars to Tippy!
