Referral Candy & Affiliate

We are setting up Referral Candy to help get more customers through friend referrals. The set-up has been simple and quick. We needed some additional help to understand how to edit copy. Katherine answered all of my questions promptly and with screenshots, etc. to make the process easier, especially for someone who is a visual learner. I would recommend this app.

I have not been able to officially use this app yet (that is the reason for the three stars). I have only set it up from the back end. I have not seen it in action. I am still waiting to roll out my business model. Benz has been very helpful leading up to this opening. We are very lucky to have her as a resource/rep.

**UPDATE** Im a few days from reopening my store. Benz had been great helping me set up my referral program. Very happy with all of the help that she gave me.

Great application, great team to support us with all the features. A must try for all the users of shopify!

I feel like my question was pretty simple—mostly seeking confirmation— and Jon was super kind and patient with me. I appreciated the time and care he took even for a simple matter. He understood and checked to make sure he understood what I was saying, and he helped me quickly and kindly. Pleasant first experience with the support team! Keep it up. Easy to set up, support was great - Kathrine was really effective at getting us help with the last steps of our testing and deployment.

No referrals - didn't work for us, and totally overran our discounts tab.

We've always been a big fan of the referralcandy platform and when we moved to Shopify we wanted to make sure it came with us. We had a few issues getting set back up and running on Shopify but Tippy was amazing, he was on skype at all times of the day and night working through the issues with is and had us up and running again in no time. tldr: great platform with support that is second to none - highly, highy recommend
