Great referral app with even better service! Tippy was able to help me navigate setting up an affiliate account, and getting onboarded with all of the basics (email / link copy, image assets, etc.). We needed some account-specific customization and he was always willing to jump on a quick call / screen share to provide support. Much appreciated!

App works well and most importantly the customer service is quick and helpful. At the end of the day if you yourself run your shop with customer service as it's core strength, you need your supplies (or pick your suppliers) that do likewise.

Does everything it says it offers. You can track referrals easily and it's all straight forward. There's no integration process unless you use a third party app like ReCharge. I had an issue integrating it but with some quick help I was able to set it up easily. Their customer service is great as well, they do anything they can to answer my question and if they don't have a specific answer they'll guide me to through it.

Tippy was a huge help this morning!

We started in the chat window and he extended the invite to do a google hangout to make sure I was clicking all the right buttons throughout the tutorial - I found this very helpful. He did a scan of our campaign to make sure everything was polished.

This app is great and has helped us generate tons of sales.

The customer service is excellent is well. I worked with one of their agents named Tippy who was extremely helpful and responsive.

I'm using ReferralCandy to help us with a Refer a Friend program. We're a new start-up company and have tried other apps, but didn't receive much support.
