Great customer service! Tippy answered all my questions in a way I could understand. :)

Easy to use and my customers love the ability to refer their friends. I had a problem (my fault) with the way I set up the app and Tippy was very prompt and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. I'm looking forward to using the app to grow my shop now that I have it properly set up

Easy to set up, support was great - Kathrine was really effective at getting us help with the last steps of our testing and deployment.

No referrals - didn't work for us, and totally overran our discounts tab.

I have not been able to officially use this app yet (that is the reason for the three stars). I have only set it up from the back end. I have not seen it in action. I am still waiting to roll out my business model. Benz has been very helpful leading up to this opening. We are very lucky to have her as a resource/rep.

**UPDATE** Im a few days from reopening my store. Benz had been great helping me set up my referral program. Very happy with all of the help that she gave me.

I used this app and one of the customer representatives Lorraine is too awesome she help me a lot. she is very quick and very intelligent and solve my problems in just 10 minutes.

Another 5-star vote fro RC and their customer support. Tippy was on it immediately and explained the issue we were having.

July 16 - EDIT - Just had another stellar experience with Jon from RC. Keeping the 5 stars :)

I feel like my question was pretty simple—mostly seeking confirmation— and Jon was super kind and patient with me. I appreciated the time and care he took even for a simple matter. He understood and checked to make sure he understood what I was saying, and he helped me quickly and kindly. Pleasant first experience with the support team! Keep it up. I installed the app yesterday and today JC reached via chat to ask if I had any question we jumped on a zoom call right away and he helped me answer all my questions regarding Referral Candy and integration with Klavyio and Shopify! this app seems terrific and great customer service experience!

We've always been a big fan of the referralcandy platform and when we moved to Shopify we wanted to make sure it came with us. We had a few issues getting set back up and running on Shopify but Tippy was amazing, he was on skype at all times of the day and night working through the issues with is and had us up and running again in no time. tldr: great platform with support that is second to none - highly, highy recommend
