I really appreciate the help from Jon on the support team — he sat down with me for over an hour and a half to figure out a workaround for something that the app normally isn’t designed to do. Great support, very helpful with any issues we have experienced.
The tool is pretty good at identifying potentially fraudulent activity and flagging it for disapproval.
It seems to disapprove self-referrals quite well, but there are still a few that sneak through. I just wish there were also a way to place a hold on the referred friend reward if the sale is identified as a potentially fraudulent self-referral.

This app is especially worth it for companies that use Klaviyo - super easy integration and works smoothly. The different options for referrals are also more than enough. Furthermore - Jessa was super helpful with all questions - 10/10 support.
