Referral Candy & Affiliate

I've just installed this app, so far so good. I had questions and Karen answered me immediately, super customer service. Very reassuring. Too soon to see how well it works but I'm crossing my fingers.

Excellent program to quickly get an affiliate or referral program started.

Our customer success manager Derek was amazing. We had been running a discount based reward campaign that we set up ourselves for a short time and we weren’t seeing great results do to the one-time purchase nature of our products. Derek reached out, offered his help, provided excellent suggestions and diligently walked us through the entire creation of a new cash based rewards campaign, answering tons of questions along the way. We look forward to seeing the result of these changes but either way Derek was great a great help!

Referral Candy have be a huge help with setting up our referral programs when we launched in a new territory. Tippy personally went out of his way to ensure all my questions and queries were answered. I can't wait to start setting up new programs when we launch in other countries too.

I can't say enough good things about Derek at Referral Candy. While relatively hassle-free, the Referral Candy platform isn't wildly easy to navigate as a first timer but Derek was incredibly helpful, going back and forth over e-mail with us for the better part of a week, helping us figure out and fine tune everything. Referral Candy is great, but Derek makes it unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

Great app. I had a few technical issues initially but they were resolved. Ines took the time to listen and help me solve the issue as quickly as possible.
