Excellent customer support. The app was simple to configure and works well with no issues. My only suggestion would be have the app create its own folder for the coupon codes

Jon was able to help we start and stop my campaign easily. The customization is a little hard to navigate but overall it gets the job done.

I really enjoy the potential that comes with this app. Email referrals can really help and is one of the more affordable ones of all the apps. Customer service is responsive and great, but there is some work to be done on your end. Naturally, setting up the brand, proper marketing for awareness is important. I wish it can be integrated easier into shopify if you are using the points method without having to enter referralcandy page specifically, but it gets the job done.

Good application! Handy to be able to give cashback and not just a coupon. If there are any questions, customer service is quick and clear. We had questions about making the widget visible on one of our pages, and JC helped us a lot
