Katherine was great and really went above and beyond to look into the issue we were having. I thought there was one issue but she spend time looking at it and realised there was actually something else going on. Really great customer service
We use RC since around 18 month. After the initial setup it pretty much runs in the background. The neat Klaviyo integration and multi lingual setup possibility are a big plus. Generally very happy, also with the support team and our key account manager Irene.

紹介制度を手間を掛けずに実装できます。
完全に日本語化しきれないところがありますが、概ね満足です。
また、サポートの対応にもとも満足しています。

Many questions are answered and JC answers most questions. We are thankful for all your help. But some are still under investigation with uncertain results. Hope the app can be better and better for use in the future.
