We ran into a tricky situation migrating our ReferralCandy account from WooCommerce to Shopify. Our initial developer didn't set things up correctly, which left us with a lot of confusion. Fortunately, Kevin from the ReferralCandy team stepped in and, along with their engineering team, saved the day!

Within a 1 minute, she was able to investigate and share me screenshots to fix the issues very quickly . Turns out the advocate had not exceeded her referral review period.
