Referral Candy & Affiliate

Hi, I have just finished setting up this referral app with the help of Jon. The support is excellent and so far I've found the app extremely easy to set up. Looking forward to seeing some results.

I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great.

Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

Hoping for the best with this app..Thanks for the support team, i have talked with several of them as i am setting it up, thanks to Tom, Mardie and the rest of the team. Will write a review again once the app is up and running.

Easy to use, the support is really kind and helpful. The only negative I found for now is that the support help is a little bit slow (but maybe it depends on the problem).

Automated, largely set-and-forget it programs are great when they work, and this has. The only downside is that we still experience a low amount of fraud that doesn't get flagged. Nonetheless, the overall ROI and experience has been quite positive. Support has been responsive, too.

needed help changing some text before launching our referral campaign. the customer service sent me a few quick screen shots and helped resolve my problem in less than 5 minutes.
