Katherine worked diligently with me to solve several major issues. Referral Candy is absolutely wonderful. It does have many layers and sometimes may not be a genuine "out of the box" solution. But their customer support is always eager to help. I was frustrated several times but Katherine always kept me informed every step and I am grateful for her help as I was tempted to leave the platform several times. Glad I stayed as it really is a solid experience.

Excellent app. And Riz provides first-class support. If you are lucky enough to get any true influencers on your site, this program can really explode your sales! Once set up, it's essentially on auto-pilot. Easy to maintain. That's a huge plus, as many apps require maintenance and supervision.

Great referral app, very easy to deploy and to use. I had a technical problem pausing my campaign for some months without wanting it, and they offered a credit for those months (kind of a refund for those unused months, that we didn't notice at all). We use RC since around 18 month. After the initial setup it pretty much runs in the background. The neat Klaviyo integration and multi lingual setup possibility are a big plus. Generally very happy, also with the support team and our key account manager Irene.

Quick setup, professional templates and flexible rewards make this a great value referral app. Analytics could be stronger and mobile interface needs work, but the ROI is excellent for small/mid-sized businesses without development resources. Jessa was super helpful!
