After I tested the tool for 2 months on one of my websites, and it is really customizable and meeting my needs. Karen was really nice and helped me clone one theme from one store to another.

Automated, largely set-and-forget it programs are great when they work, and this has. The only downside is that we still experience a low amount of fraud that doesn't get flagged. Nonetheless, the overall ROI and experience has been quite positive. Support has been responsive, too.
Setup really straightforward, easy to use, and fast customer support. Great thanks to Karen & Tomas for the help.
