I had a few issues with setting up the account, and contacted the support team. Jon was amazing and prompt to help us ! Nice app with very intuitive features and excellent support.

The app was easy to set up and Lorraine helped me customize as much as we could customize for the website widget to make it fit with our website. I wish there were a few more customization we could make, but their customer support was very responsive and I was able to get this up and running within an hour.

Love the app and the support team! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond! Definitely recommend.

In the process of setting up the app in our store. So far so good! Reached out to support to help with a few customizations and their response was very prompt and quickly solved the issue.

So far it's been great. Bryan was a customer service whiz. I caught an error in the system with email sharing and he sent a request right away to engineering who fixed the problem right away. As a bonus, he also helped us configure our referral campaign using best practices from other clients so we're anxious to see if it will lead to an uptick in referrals. So far we're very happy with the level of care provided by them and the functionality seems great.

Still on trial period, but the customer service is great. Benz and Derek got on a call with me and explained how to make optimize the app for our store & customize it so its perfectly fitting with our theme!
