I wish there was more flexibility with the design customization, but the customer support was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly.
Customer service was incredibly helpful with getting set up and running tests to make sure things are working correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and some of the UI can be a bit difficult to navigate. That's the only reason it's not a perfect score.
UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.

Tippy did an excellent job at customer service. I had some issues and had them resolved. We haven't gotten a referral yet through the app but hope to have one soon.
DWIGHT was really helpful in answering my questions when our team needed the support. We are new in using Referral Candy, and we are already liking it!
Have just integrated this - so I have not been able to fully try it out yet but I had a number of questions on integration and setup (since we have a unique product + subscription) and Derek from customer service was super helpful! He helped me continuously until we sorted it out and set up the program the way I wanted to.
