We have been using this app for awhile and there is one major item we believe it is missing... there NO way to "Approve" a referral. We have made a request to add an "Approve" option to other options: Delete, Void, and Ban, but we were told, an "Approve option is currently not in place within the dashboard, but this is something I can raise to our design team" ... without an "Approve" option, even after we review a referral it will continue to show "pending review" since there is no way to "Approve" a referral... this appears to be a major omission to us. If an "Approve" option is added we will revise our rating...

I recently used Referral Candy for a campaign we ran. It was so easy to use and integrated seamlessly. Being able to customise the messages as well was great. On top of all that, the customer service was excellent, always on hand to help out with anything.

This app helped me implement a customer referral program in no time. It's early days yet but it's a huge time saver for what could have been a time-consuming development and monitoring exercise. Special call out to Tomas from Customer Support has been really helpful and patient. resolving my queries through to resolution.
Referral candy worked very well and the customer service team was a huge help. Tomas went above and beyond working with me over an hour to setup my account and make sure that everything was in order for my store.

A good straightforward solution. One of the few that allows "custom" rewards. Configuration is clear. I needed some specific support for my requirements and Derek was really fast and helpful. He was able to signpost me to areas of the admin interface, where you get a little more functionality to edit the templates. Hugely helpful.
