I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.

Has lots of great tools. Recent update allowing it to work with Subscriptions was really key for us, so I'm glad they've added it.
Email templates are slick and look nice.
And Innah in customer service was very patient and thorough in helping us work through the integration.

Still trying to get set up for this app, but the online support team on chat and email have been great. Jon, Cris, Jelson, Hannah and Katherine are just some people who have been there to support and very helpful. Hoping to get this live for our company soon.

Good application! Handy to be able to give cashback and not just a coupon. If there are any questions, customer service is quick and clear. We had questions about making the widget visible on one of our pages, and JC helped us a lot

UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.

Pretty straightforward to use. I am still a little confused with the Klaviyo integration. Still a little too new to see any real results yet.

Just going through the onboarding process and Lorraine has been very helpful. Only giving it 4 stars because we haven't tested the app out fully yet. Will update if it proves to be what we're looking for.

The support team is really hands on. Jessa has really helped us launch our programme successfully. Whenever I have needed one on one attention and assistance, I have received it. I am quite positive about the results we will see from partnering with Referral Candy.

Getting support with issues is a bit clunky as you have to email the team. But once they receive the message it works fine. Jon was very helpful and resolved my query on time.
