I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. I really enjoy the potential that comes with this app. Email referrals can really help and is one of the more affordable ones of all the apps. Customer service is responsive and great, but there is some work to be done on your end. Naturally, setting up the brand, proper marketing for awareness is important. I wish it can be integrated easier into shopify if you are using the points method without having to enter referralcandy page specifically, but it gets the job done.

Decent app although I've only started using it - if you have more than one store then you'd have to download separate apps. Great support team too - big shout out to Tomas K. who gets issues done in no time - machine.
