Customer service is top notch. Had an issue with my program/integration today, and used the live chat to contact support. Tomas was very helpful and patient in fixing my issue and my program is now up and running once again. Thank you Tomas!

Updating my review since we recently revamped our entire Referral Candy templates. Our Referral Conversion Rate is pretty strong and is a great way to get new fans of our products. Most recently I received help from Lorraine and she was a great help, saved me hours and hours of work on my own.

Seems pretty great so far! We've already had our first referral and I like the functionality and customisation options. Great support too

Jelson was very helpful with his friendly and swift responses! Would be handy if the referral program could be temporarily deactivated within the app however given how efficient the customer service was it's not too big a drama.

Easy to get started and so automated that you really don't have to do anything once it gets started. Thanks to customer service helper Karen for answering my questions!
