Referral Candy & Affiliate

I'm testing this app as a customer referral program for our ReCharge recurring orders. Derek was super helpful in setting this up with me.

Jon at ReferralCandy was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and offered help with everything I asked him.

The app is very easy to use and does help to increase checkouts on your site. It is a nice way to increase sales as opposed to standard discounts and coupons. The support is also very responsive and accessible. Tippy has been a huge help!

I had a setup call with Tippy, which was incredibly helpful in setting up and understanding how Referral Candy works. So many apps don't integrate with Bold Recurring Orders, or you have to spend hours trawling through articles and dealing with code (which I'm not confident to do). Tippy's help saved me hours and means I am now confident with my Referral Candy setup.

Derek in support was really helpful in walking us through the program. We use our referral program selectively which makes it manageable. Easy to use interface, and less time consuming than other referral platforms we have tried.

I've really appreciated all the incredible support I've received from the team (especially Karen!). Over several days of back and forth's, she always puts in max effort, is very timely with responses, and gets to the bottom of issues quickly. Keep up the great work and I'll be recommending this app to many in the future.

The support is out of the world. The app seems to offer pretty much everything that we are looking for. Of course, like more of these apps, you derive value over a period of time. I am really looking forward to some good results.

As a feature addition, the team could think of ways to A/B test different emails or graphics.
