Referral Candy & Affiliate

This company has GREAT customer service, which is important because you really don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to something as important as a customer referral program. Our support person, Tippy, is super dedicated, he responds within 1-3 minutes normally (which is fantastic), he even met with me via Google Meet during his lunch break to go over the settings on our page. Could not be happier with their performance so far.

We will update this review as we get more acquainted with the company, but so far they're excellent.

Very good, have used for years and is now a predictable revenue stream for the business.

I got a really helpful customer service "Tippy" to help me and answer all my question right away. We have seen how this app has single-handedly increased our traffic, sales, and referrals. We would highly recommend everyone to try it because of the huge boost it gave us.

I had Tomas assisted me in investigating a referral code which will not activate upon application. He walked me through the possible causes and we found the root of the problem in one chat.
