Good service, helpful and prompt response. Thumbs up to Tom. Could be good if ReferralCandy can connect with Shopify flow. Also, it could be expensive.

Great product. Seamless Shopify integration. Helpful support team. Support isn't immediate, but always got a response within a day, usually much shorter. The out of the box version isn't the prettiest, but pay a little extra and you can fully customize your pages. Well worth it.
Overall have had good experience with Referral Candy. Big thanks to Jared for his help and patience. Recently had another issue crop up, and Valerie was prompt in getting back to us and giving us the answers we needed.

Although this didn't work for me right now due to a lack of community, Jesse has been extremely patient with my needs and has helped me through the whole process. I'll recomend this over and over again.

We have just started using the app and so far the support has been really great, especially from Cris Lopez, who has taken time to guide us on setting up our first campaign. Cris is always very fast to respond when we have questions or need support. Overall a great app and great service.

We encountered an issue with our billing that would have been very costly for our company. We shared the issue with Lorraine, who was a joy to liaise with on the issue, and who helped us process a refund that was due to our own careless error. This 5 Star review is fully deserved for the honesty and understanding that Referral Candy has demonstrated, and we're not certain many companies these days would go this extra mile for its customers. Would definitely recommend this company and its app.

Referral candy has been great. Highly recommend them. They are easy to install and have great customer service.
We haven't implemented the app yet but Derek at Referral Candy has been incredibly helpful in answering my questions.
Lorraine was very helpful with fixing and setting up the referral candy rewards program, she was patient and walked me through the process.
