We had an issue with our billing where are card on file could not complete a transaction. The Referral Candy team was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue.

Dwight was very friendly and answer all my questions. Haven't sign up (yet) with ReferralCandy but am leaning there after speaking with Dwight and reading through their referral marketing guides.

Katherine was very responsive and helpful in providing guidance on the initial setup of the application.

I reached out to customer service about an issue setting up the app. Jon responded immediately and was very helpful and professional helping me get connected to the engineers to resolve the issue.

Tom Koetz provided us with top-notch support. He diligently followed up to check-in on our progress and to offer assistance without us even having to ask, which is rare and much appreciated!

After I tested the tool for 2 months on one of my websites, and it is really customizable and meeting my needs. Karen was really nice and helped me clone one theme from one store to another.
