Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

I do not recommend this app. There is no delete/edit button for you if you’ve typed an error into a conversion/commission amount. If you make a mistake, You have to email Support for them to delete it for you. ‍♀️ Then to top it off, they don’t respond right away, you have to wait at least a week for the issue to be fixed. I don’t understand why they don’t just add an “edit” or “delete” button.
Instead of having the affiliates wait for their payment while they take their sweet time to get to it.
I NEVER ever complain or leave bad reviews! This is my first time writing one like this.. This means it has taken A LOT for me to get to this point. I will be finding a new app if they can’t get it together especially since this app isn’t cheap... I’m paying for their “best” package.

Refersion integrated painlessly into our Shopify store. We have lots of experience with affiliate marketing and networks, and this app has lots of easy-to-use features for defining commission levels, terms, and creatives. No set-up fee and the low minimum remove risk of the unknown (compared to high set-ups and monthly minimums of the big networks!). I also like the fact that the affiliate links will point to our domain instead of the affiliate network domain for redirect. Unknown still is the functionality of the marketplace channel that allows the merchant to recruit passively from the Refersion affiliate base. It also should be understood that unlike other affiliate networks, the merchant is responsible for the payout of commissions, although the ability to integrate with PayPal MassPay should make this an easy task (haven't done yet).

Emma was super helpful with our issue of needing to remove affiliates from our account and fixed our issue quickly.

Emma has been great in solving an issue we had with the software. Great system overall.

It is still too early to tell but we have had 3 affiliates sign up (all customers who purchased). It was very easy to install and support has been good.

Really easy to get on-boarded. Very easy to use and Andre was especially helpful during the process.

When you sell the best diffraction glasses and kaleidoscope glasses to millenials you have a huge opportunity to leverage referrals via refersion. Incentivizing your clients with cash creates results. Some people try to take advantage of the system but it's easy to deny their payments. Don't hesitate to use refersion to increase your sales, start now and watch the momentum build.

Refersion is a great tool that allows us to create a tailor-made affiliate program that suits our brand. Support has been responsive and very good and we feel that Refersion has definitely been the correct choice for www.la-kult.com.au. Thanks guys.

It was a little confusing at first because my Shopify orders weren't converting and showing up for as trackable for my affiliates but Andre was really helpful and got everything sorted out for me quickly. Thank you! :)

This app is absolutely fantastic!

It is extremely easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

But most importantly, this is is invaluable for driving affiliate traffic and managing lots of affiliates.

10/10, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to increase their website traffic!
