Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

offers good tracking system for our affiliates and great customer service is a plus!

Just started to use refersion and so far very happy with the app. Customer service is great, very quick and very helpful. Emma is a superstar :)

A good system, but in my opinion there is not enough functionality to manage the conversion. For example, if a partial refund occurs. In this case, I had to seek help, and the system itself does not automatically take this into account.

Support was great, Layth helped us set up what we needed.

Ran into some issues initially with the App. For whatever reason, it wouldn't track commissions when switching browsers. I did a complete restart and cache/history clear on all browsers, and then my test orders went through. Initially there was a delay in support, but after making contact, they have been very responsive. The only thing it really needs further is to be able to change the Social Media icons for simplicity on the Affiliate's end (If it's not stupid simple, they won't use it we found out), so hopefully they can customize that or enable that option for the near future and I think this will be the best affiliate App available. So far, for it's features and simplicity of integration, it's the best thing going, and the pricing seems pretty fair for what we need.

We use refersion on our wooden watch website http://www.wudapparel.com - its a very simple app, albeit a bit expensive, but very functional. Finding affiliates can be difficult for new brands but with enough outreach, it's very possible

So far, so good. Setup was easy. Added my first affiliate with no hitches or glitches. Too early for five stars, so I gave it four.

Refersion has been a great app and partner to work with in the affiliate marketing space. If you are looking to ramp into affiliate programs this is a great way to do it, they are friendly, helpful and have a good network to work with. My biggest ask is that they continue to improve their attribution so I can more easily track conversions, its not bad, just a bit more manual than I would like.

This app works and looks great. I highly recommend it to any store who is looking for a professional affiliate tracking program.
