Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Every since signing up for Shopify nearly 3 years ago, I'd been searching high and low for an excellent affiliate program app. It was so frustrating, and it limited the potential of my business to grow via affiliates.

My search ended with Refersion. It is everything I was hoping for in an affiliate tracking system. My affiliates love it and I love it.

Most of all, Refersion helps me make more sales, and those sales help me live the life I want to live.

Refersion has amazing tracking power and their customer support is amazing! I especially appreciate the guidance I receive from our account manager, Jordy.

This app seems like it has a lot of moving parts, and difficult to use... HOWEVER the tutorials and support from the Customer Success Manager made it super easy. The depth of what we want to do was quickly achieved.

Great app, user friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. I had a customer service guy named John help me, was super friendly, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra step to help me with any questions I had.

Support is always on point! An Diana was the one I worked with and had my problem solved in less than 5 min! Awesome!

We have set-up a program on https://www.sundried.com so we can work with partners. The customisation is ideal. And the unique vouchers per affiliate delivers what we are after as a brand.

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly.
