The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.
I ran into an issue where my test order wasn’t tracking correctly in Refersion. John quickly identified the problem, explained why it happened, and even ran a test order himself to confirm everything was working properly. He also provided helpful resources and best practices to make sure we get the most out of the platform.
