Amazing product with an awesome support team. Super easy implementation and it has helped us improve our return process dramatically. It not only makes the process easier for our customers but it is so much easier for us. I highly recommend it.
Joel and the team at Refundid have been amazing with help in set up, service if any issue arise and just genuine good people to work with. They understand each brand is different and have a product that allows the brand to customise there own return journey. It is also really easy to set up and implement.
