Regios Automatic Discounts

Honestly the absolute best discounting app. The logic section may seem intimidating, but is really straight forward and incredibly flexible. One of my chief complaints with the Shopify platform was the inability to replicate the complex discount logic we had in our previous ecommerce platform - Regios Discounts addresses all the limitations and provides even more flexibility then before. Cannot recommend this for your store enough!

Its' a great app if your store has complex discount that need to implement. Easy to use, easy to understand. Excellent customer service, Tobe is very helpful on solving our issue.

I ran into an issue where discounts weren’t showing up correctly, and it turned out my site required custom coding for the app to work properly. The support team went above and beyond to fix the issue — even over the weekend! I’m so impressed by their dedication and quick response. Highly recommend this app, not only for its functionality but especially for the outstanding customer service.

One of the most flexible Discount apps I've used on Shopify. Great logic builder and test discount feature. Responsive support. Shopify need to fix the Sales Channel access to make discounts work only for specific Sales Channels.

Regios Discounts is sick! Offers a lot more options for customizing discounts. Also functions a lot better for standard discounts like BOGOs, with the option to apply the discount to the next highest price item on down the line. The app embed options are pretty cool too, presents the discounts on your store similar to large corporate eccomerce stores. The appearance of those too are customizable.

Last thing, the support has been great, personable and quick. Tobe is the man!

This app looks amazing the way it works with its flow charts.
Amazing if it would work. First it did not work with our theme VENUE, so they decided to make an integration for it! ‘’GREAT’’ I thought! Still found various bugs so I cloned our site to our developer site so where I could do some in depth testing and where the developers could do whatever they want, without causing any trouble to our live site.
I reported: ‘’auto pre-config. discounts do not show up on all products’’ (on the front end of our site). answer: ‘’we checked it and all looks fine’’. My answer: ‘’please explain why discounts do not show up on the home page at all and on roughly half of the products in collections with over roughly 30 products and more’’. Owner of Regios Toby answered: ''please de-install / remove our app within the next 24 hours, we can not give you the support you need on your plan''. mmm, interesting: when you are on a lower plan you can not expect an app to work properly? I lost a week waiting and testing. I never experienced such a weird customer support ever in many many years. Therefore, with regret, I need to give this app a 1 star

We installed Regios for the ability to apply different discounts in different markets, not only does Regios offer this feature in a very straightforward way, they also have the feature of changing the display product prices on the PDP and PLP pages, which was something we were looking for and wanting to use other apps for. Regios's team and documentation and entire process has been very intuitive and easy to use. Would recommend this app 10 times out of 10

If you are looking for a good, solid discount app, this is a must-try. They have put a lot of thought into this app, and trust me, it can do things that the Shopify discount can't do. You can exclude products, use customer tags, and more. The flow setup is super easy, and the support is amazing. It's nice to see a developer who puts thought into what they create, and best of all, they continue to improve it. Seriously, give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Its worth every penny.

So far, I've only been using Regios Automatic Discounts to test out new discounts I'm getting ready to add to my store. They're somewhat complicated and Shopify doesn't natively allow them, but Regios handles them like a champ. Right now I'm still under the 7 day free trial, but I'll be continuing under the paid version once that is up.

On top of the functionality being great, the customer service is also very responsive. I was running into an issue with how a couple of the discounts appeared to be not working correctly together, and Mohamed from their support team spent a lot of time with me running through different scenarios and making sure everything worked how I wanted it to.

Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this app!

This is without a doubt the best app on this platform. Unbelievable compatibility and above all, it has the only AI use that actually works, in its "Enter your prompt and it will build the discount for you". It's simply incredible, well thought out and worth every penny. Another feature I adore it's the testing discount side. It has a page to test any discount and it shows you in real time why it works or not, so you can easily fix your eligibility issues in certain discount applications. No more do I have to test on the front end and spend an hour back and forth.

Just buy it and test it for a month. You'll see.
