Regios Automatic Discounts

This discount app was exactly what our store needed for the volume discount logic that most other discount apps could not provide us. I've contacted them multiple times with questions, and they've always been very quick to respond. They are very helpful and even implemented a new feature we requested in less than two weeks. We highly recommend this app if its feature set matches your store's needs.

One of the best Discount apps I have used. They have workflow options so you can create any kind of custom discount you would like, as well as if you don't know how to use workflows, you can use their AI and just describe your discount requirements, and it will do the job for you.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Love it..!! I have been using this app for some months now and it is amazing. We've been using it for our BFCM sales and it's so easy to work with. I can set up discounts in minutes and edit and make changes to discounts in seconds. I can apply a range of discounts simultaneously to browsers depending on their customer tags or just have a first time browser discount. There are many other options too. It's so flexible!

On top of that Tobe is incredible....his response times are lightning fast and he even coded in a change that I requested before my sale went live. This app does way more than you think and it has eliminated the use of several other inferior apps that claim to do similar things.

Can definitely recommend this app. It is a perfect match with Shopify Plus B2B to have automatic "amount off products" discounts tied to specific customers/tags, and, best of all, show their discounts on the product/collection pages. Tobe & the team also have amazing support, added support for Combined Listings within days after we asked for it:)

Aug 2025: Update review. We have decided to discontinue using this app. It has great features and usability and they seem to have new features periodically. There are some bugs that we came across when creating new discounts. Tobey is the creator and he was great at responding, asking questions and then fixing the issue. Then, came in new CS agents (Mohammed is one). Twice, they just sent us links to "Self Help" and figure things out on our own. We would let them know that we still could not figure it out, but then again, they sent us links to "Self Help". If you plan on downloading their app, just know you may get this type of assistance. I originally gave them 5 stars, now we changed it to 2 stars. It is hard to find good people. Maybe Tobey is ok with how things were handeled and maybe not. But this experience is not for us.
April 2024: This is a fantastic discount app made easy to work with Shopify! We are able to create various types of discounts for our growing business. Support is fantastic as well. I spoke with Tobe on an issue I had and he fully understood and fixed my problem. Tobe is very well spoken and patient. No look further for any other discount app. This one works!

The app makes it possible for us to make various automatic discount, and build up very specific logics to fullfill our special needs, not possible in other apps. The support from Tobe and team is just outstanding, and way more than you could expect for an app in this price level. Can only recommend using this app!
