Their customer service is crazy good, you should install this app like right now, no kidding, thanks for the good service and features guys.
The app and its support were very good in the initial days but now they have hired some very bad support staff.
There are some bugs in the app's OTP verification system, someone was able to bypass it and was placing 50+ OTP-verified orders each day on our store every time with a unique mobile number..
I reported this to support but the support person did not even acknowledge the issue...I asked to get this checked by a tech person and he did not even try to understand the problem by creating any test order...
Overall this was a very bad experience and I have lost trust in the app's functioning.. I have now decided to end my 3 years relationship with them.

Excelente aplicacion, bastante facil de usar y configurar. Ademas me gusta los feature que tiene por defecto para agregar ofertas por cantidad. Tambien el servicio al cliente es muy atento.
Una herramienta que sin duda todos los que tenemos tienda online necesitamos, te deja personalizar partes importantes para incentivar la compra y sea mucho mas fácil para el cliente. Adicional el soporte es buenísimo, sin duda alguna lo recomiendo al 100%
