La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e interactiva, cuando surgen los problemas si es que hay el servicio de ayuda es muy rápido, pero muy rápido y te dan solución de forma clara y paso a paso a cualquier hora eso me gusta mucho, confiable y le doy una buena calificación.
Excellent app, amazing professional support!
The app works great for cash on delivery (COD). Even though I experienced some bugs with the latest update and found the standard support a bit slow at first, the Product Manager personally stepped in to fix the situation. They provided an incredibly generous solution and showed true professionalism. It’s rare to see a team care this much about customer satisfaction. 5 stars!
Las funcionalidades de esta aplicación han solucionado un montón de problemas y limitantes que tenia trabajando directamente desde el checkout de Shopify para una tienda en Perú. Su soporte técnico siempre ha estado muy predispuesto a ayudar y solucionar, sin embargo espero que pronto puedan desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades que ayuden a mejorar mi negocio.
Hola. Esta es la aplicación para tener tu formulario de pedidos de pago contra entrega. Se puede pedir facil los datos a cada cliente. El soporte es rapidisimo y 24/7. Agradecimiento especial a la soporte Angélica que me resolvió rapido algunas cosas que necesité en plena operación.
Lo recomiendo bastante, El formulario es facil de diseñar y entender, el soporte responde rápido, son amables, es muy util en si, se puede diseñar a tu gusto, casi todo gratuitamente.

i pay per month 29 doller and customer support is totally bed service
i add 20 doller in my top up wallet and amount deducted from my bank and also show as a success in shopify bill section and till not added in my top up wallet account

First of all, I’m truly sorry for the experience you had. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when your balance doesn’t update as expected, especially when it affects your store operations.
I’d like to briefly explain why this sometimes happens. In some cases, the app’s frontend does not properly communicate the payment confirmation to the system. When that occurs, the top-up may not immediately appear in the application balance even though the payment was completed.
When this situation is reported, our support team escalates the case to our finance department to verify the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we manually update the balance from our backend.
This process can occasionally take a couple of hours, but in most cases we are able to resolve it much sooner.
We completely understand that any inconvenience can impact your store’s performance, and we truly appreciate your patience while we resolve situations like this.
