Releasit COD Form & Upsells

We started using Releasit COD Form just recently and the experience so far is really good. First, I found it really easy to set it up, with no previous experience and knowledge of this app, I was able to easily set up the form (the popup) and not just set it up, but also customize it to my needs -- BTW, it has really nice functionality in terms of customization, which I love!

Secondly, we ran a selling campaign while we were on the Free Plan which only allowed us 60 orders. Later we discovered that there were much more orders, which didn't go through because of the 60 orders limit. BUT, and here goes a big thumbs up to Releasit team, once we contacted the support, they successfully restored the remaining orders.

So you can imagine how thrilled we were when we realized that we in fact had 3 times more orders, but they just didn't go through because of our mistake... Now that we are using the higher Plan, everything works fine.

The fact that the orders were recorded and stored by Releasit is such a nice feature! Really nice!

The most important thing is that it has one step checkout. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!
This allows us our convenience when buying from third party sellers as well. They also keep using "new" websites regularly instead selling through sites already established by users or legacy stores/depots / locations etc.

before using this app. i had hundreds of add to cart because of 3 step check out that shopify normally offers. after installing this app, my add to cart was get to 2% which is amazing. Customers now have to fill only 3 details (name, number, and addres) and and press submit button.. The app is really worth for me. And Most importantly, the customer service they have is amazing. Everytime i hve problem in app.. they immediately solve it. I would say best ever customer service i have come across. Thats why i stick to this app.. Thanks Releaseit COD.

what can I say for real I'm using more than 10 apps on my stores and the best support and the best guy you can meet i mean i installed some apps not compatible with the old version of COD form and in minutes and at 21h they helped me and modified there code so they will be compatible with the currency converter
