Keeper—Recover Abandoned Carts

We have contacted 3 times in the past 2 weeks requesting customer support with no response. Underwhelmed by their support (or lack thereof) and minimal customization options.

good app very useful.I will recommend it to my friends
very convenient for customers,but I think this function should be done by shopify instead installing many apps to do it

GREAT !!!!!! lets me know who has left something in there cart and how much I would have lost with abandoned carts

I haven't had the chance to review this app because it forces me to write a review before it will work. That said, I have heard good things about how it works on YouTube so will give it a try.
