"Even though I deleted this app on 19/03, they still haven't canceled the subscription, resulting in money being deducted while I'm not even using this app?!!"
Hello,
Your subscription was successfully canceled on 19/03 when you uninstalled the app. This process is completely automatic and follows the Shopify billing cycle.
Regarding the deduction you noticed, it's from your last billing cycle, which began on March 11 and was canceled on March 19. It's standard procedure for all Shopify apps that every cycle started is due.

I've been using IzyRent for my houseboat rental business and it's been a game-changer. The app allows me to easily define what days of the week rentals can start and end on, making it incredibly flexible for my operations. Integration with existing Shopify features is seamless, which was a big plus for me.
What really sets this app apart, though, is the developer's support. They've been extremely responsive, fixing minor bugs quickly and even accommodating some of my feature requests. This gives me confidence that the app will continue to improve and adapt to my needs. Highly recommended for any rental business!
The app currently offers flexibility in choosing the customer pays x% + a deposit now and x% later. I hope in future versions there may be the ability to have a specific payment schedule were the customer pays x% now, and x% by a specific date. This would give even more flexibility and help us out!

EXCELLENT SUPPORT! We had a technical issue where the "Add to cart" was glitchy and not working - this was due to conflicting scripts with another app (Seedgrow WhatsApp) which has a datepicker for some reason. Anyways, the dev team at SPEAZ did an excellent job at replying instantly to our email, and even taking the time to look at the code and find a fix. 5 star service :) highly recommend this app and looking forward to seeing more updates and improvements in the future.
